Antique Amethyst & Diamond Floral Earrings – Cartier, Circa 1885, Paris

$6,000.00

From the esteemed Charlotte Waterhouse collection, these exquisite earrings date to around 1885 and were purchased in Paris. Each earring is designed as a delicate three-petal floral motif, set with three richly hued oval-cut amethysts and accented at the center by a sparkling old-cut diamond. The gemstones are mounted in warm yellow gold, showcasing fine 19th-century craftsmanship.

Originally clip-ons, they were thoughtfully converted to posts by my mother in the 1980s for modern wear, retaining their antique elegance while offering everyday practicality.
